We prefer our adopters to live within a 60 minute drive of GU52 so we can give backup if required.

I can’t recommend this rescue enough. Gary, Michelle and Sarah were fabulous all the way through the adoption process. Very helpful, supportive and offering lots of advice. We took on Moose ( was Lucky) a little pointer mix who has settled into our house with our other two dogs as if she has always lived here. We all love her - thank you so much for letting us have her x

Writing this on behalf of my mother who doesn’t have a Google account but has adopted the lovely Lily. Michelle and Gary were utterly amazing and I highly recommend. The whole process was seamless from vaccinations to puppy packs and after care , even suggestions for dog trainers. I really felt my hand was held every step of the way. My reservations for adopting a dog abroad were all completely taken away with the amazing support from Gary and Michelle. We so pleased to now have the gorgeous Lily as part of the family.

What can I say but how lucky we are to have meet Michelle & Gary. Firstly for what they do is so incredible, the time and devotion towards everything is amazing. The process end to end has been effortless so informative and when we were successful and choose our new addition to the family it couldn’t have been any easier. We will always go to Michelle & Gary and so should everyone. We are so happy and grateful and can’t thank them enough. They knew who we needed and who needed us. Bubba has a forever home and we have a forever best friend. Thankyou again Sonja & Andy and of course Bubba. Xxx

We have just adopted our gorgeous girl Maple (formally Bambi). I can’t thank Dogs.n.homes rescue enough. The communication was amazing, keeping us updated throughout the smooth process. Lots of photos and videos and clear timelines. So much informative information every step of the way. Michelle and Gary are so knowledgeable and matched us with the perfect dog! I cannot recommend this amazing charity enough. We have had dogs all of our lives and are thrilled to have rescued a dog from this fantastic charity.

DogsNhomes are a truly incredible organisation. Gary and Michelle (and the rest of the team) truly put their heart and soul into everything they are doing. Throughout the whole process of adopting our girl they both communicated and updated as often as possible, and even after adoption they have offered continued support. Would highly recommend! Gary and Michelle are brilliant and all the volunteers we met were lovely and doing an incredible job. The application process was easy, and we were contacted to go through any questions we had and what we were looking for in a dog. Gary and Michelle kept us informed throughout the adoption process and let us know how our little pooch was doing. We are so blessed to have her in our lives and very grateful to DogsnHomes.

ADOPT DON'T SHOP !!!! I can't recommend Michelle and Gary from Dogsnhomes enough along with all their volunteers here and in Portugal. They both made the process so easy, listening to your preferences and helping you make the correct choice for your circumstances. They even took the time for us to introduce our other dog. This is our gorgeous puppy Sandy aka Bridget we picked her up last friday, what a fantastic temperament and training is coming along nicely. Aug 2025

Such a lovely team that are very dedicated to the dogs! We got Merlin (was mystery) from these guys and honestly can’t praise them enough! Merlin is such a good pup and clearly was very well treated and trained whilst he was at the foster house. The folks running this charity are so hard working and dedicated; they involve you in the process of them coming over here and tell you so much information about the dogs and the places they’re coming from. Honestly if you’re looking to adopt I would highly recommend these guys!
