Holly - Adopt me!

Holly & Brandy  were the last two of a litter of unwanted puppies, who's mum was a Bassett, father unknown. The owner gave away their siblings and when none of his friends wanted Holly and Brandy, he took him to the local Canil. Luckily for them our partners in the Algarve took them to their private shelter for care and affection.

So Holly is slightly vertically challenged - or just a short Holly.

Like all the puppies he has been socialised with lots of other dogs and has been taken out on day trips to the beach, cafes and villages to get her used to the big wide world. She is good on a lead, calm, balanced and easy going.

She has not been physically abused, so after being checked over by a vet and given lots of tender loving care and good food, she show no signs of any issues with her hard start in life.

She is fully vaccinated and treated for fleas, ticks and worms and come with her own passport.

Size: Small Medium in size probably around 15kg

Date of Birth: 4 to 5 months old

Adopters should live within 30mins drive of Fleet as we like all our adoptions to be local.

COVID TIERS - We won't be carrying out adoptions to areas which are in different lockdown tiers to ourselves. We appreciate that the situation is fluid but we do not want people to travel to us if they should be in lockdown. In addition until further notice adopters need to live within 30mins of GU52.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER 10  - The shelters in Portugal are also in lockdown and this prevents people visiting the shelter. Until children are able to meet the puppies and our fosterers assess their reactions, we will not be adopting to families with children under the age of 10 until things return to normal.
