Special Home needed for very shy Libby
Lilly is one of a litter of eight puppies and she was always the shyest of the litter a little like her mum. Her siblings have all been adopted, but she has remained behind as she is so shy.
Her bothers and sisters had a lot more confidence but Libby is very shy of humans. She is fine with other dogs but unless she meets them without humans she will be too scared to say hello.
Lilly was found with her Mum & 7 siblings at about 4 weeks old. Sadly their Mum was starving & too weak to continue to look after them so our Portuguese team stepped in & took the pups back to their house to look after them & give their Mum the recovery time she needed to get stronger.
Lilly is going to take many months to learn to trust her new family and will definitely need another calm, confident dog to help her progress.
We are looking for someone who has experience with shy dogs and is prepared to put in the time and patience it will take to build bridges with this lovely little girl.
She comes fully vaccinated, wormed Flea & tick treated and with her own passport.
Her size when fully grown is going to be medium.
