Whitney - Reserved

Whitney is a special girl.

She was found nearby a very busy road. Our team in Portugal looked for her owner, but nobody came forward for her. She went to stay at the shelter, but unfortunately some of the dogs didn't like her and bullied her a little bit. It was decided that she would go into a foster placement instead, and she was SO happy about this! She really came out of her shell and showed just how beautiful her temperament is! She is a very gentle and has a really soft nature. She is doing some basic training with her fosterer and is doing well. She has been taken out by different volunteers on walks and is learning to love everyone she meets. She is an incredibly gentle, friendly and affectionate girl and would make a wonderful addition to a family.

She will be arriving at DogsnHomes at the beginning of August.

Whitney is fully vaccinated, has been treated for fleas, ticks and worms and will come with her own passport.

Size: She will be 25-30kg once fully grown. A Labrador size.

Date of Birth: She is currently 7 months old, so we estimate her DOB to be late November/early December.

Neutered: No

Cat tested: Not yet

LOCATION - we currently do not have a limit on how far we will adopt out to, but preference will be given to those living closer to our base in Fleet, Hampshire.

FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN UNDER 10  - the shelters in Portugal remain in lockdown and this prevents people from visiting. Until children are able to meet the puppies and our fosterers assess their reactions, we will not be adopting to families with children under the age of 10 until things return to normal.

As we have so many applying, regrettably we are unable to respond to your application if you do not fulfil the above criteria.
